I was blessed to have the opportunity as a child to attend Little Shepherd Preschool. Some of my earliest childhood memories are from the halls of the school, the slide on the playground, and the teachers I had. I can remember forming marching bands down the hall, and learning my alphabet; I loved to do school work! Many of the friends I had then are still a part of my life today. The teachers I had inspired me to love to learn. As I became an adult, I knew there was never an option of where my children would attend preschool. All three of my children have attended Little Shepherd, and from the perspective of a mom, I see the wonderful work done within the walls of the school. My boys have learned to be polite, to take responsibility and pride in their work, to use Christ as a model in their lives, and to be wonderful friends. The environment of The Little Shepherd Preschool is nurturing and inclusive and allows for each child to grow and learn. The work of God is present within this school as the people who are there each care for my children as if they were their own, and rejoice when my children have successes, and help them with their shortcomings. Walking into Little Shepherd Preschool feels like coming home, and I am so glad to see my children growing from their experiences as well.
